Davor Kukec hodnotí zápas

Davor Kukec je asi jediným hráčem Baníku, který nemluví česky. Dneska byl ale jedním ze základních kamenů vítězství Baníku nad Boleslaví a proto jsem ho požádal mimo všechny kamerové reflektory o rozhovor. Nejsem tlumočník a proto, abych něco nezmotal, přepisuji raději rozhovor tak, jak běžel. Podle rady Antonína Washeka trochu i s pomocí nějakých transformačních programů... (no ale asi tak z 0,02% Tondo :-)

Davor, the first of all - congratulation to your personal performence. Could you describe your action leading to a goal please?
Davor: Well, thank you. I think it was an attack three against two and I just passed a ball to Engelmann and he scored.

OK, but have you seen a free playmate?
Davor: Oh yeah, I saw him and I passed the ball just to him.

Well, it was a perfect action. But the second half was a little bit differrent...
Davor: You are right. But you know... maybe it is in our heads... In the first half we played footbal having the ball, we had a possesion, maybe we stayed more defensive...

How did you feel before the game?
Davor: Nothing special... The first 20 minutes were difficult for us to run – I felt it personally. After that it was O.K. What I want to say – congratulation to whole team as we showed our character. We showed, that we are a better team that the last season. It is really not easy to win 2:1 after a loosing of 0:1 playing Boleslav...

After Slavia and Boleslav - and before Plzen - you have got four points. How do you feel? People thought, that you maybe should have zero..
Davor: Yes, they thought... but thought wrong :-) We showed them, that we are better this season, the new couch simply teached us, how to play footbal, he speaks to everybody as a friend – this is I think different.
Maybe you want to say, that a spirit of the team is stronger now?
Davor: Everything is better now.
Maybe not your salary...
Davor: Come on... It does not matter. I like to be here and I want to play my best football.

Next round is Plzen. Could you say something to that game please?
Davor: Well, nothing... We know, that we will play the Czech Barca... What to say more? We will do our best of course.
